Each group has different size preferences for their scanlations, but for A Willfuse Muse the height needs to be 1200px.
You simply need to select 'Image>>Image Size' from the drop down menu and the following window will pop up.

For the height, input 1200 and make sure that the units selected is pixels. Also, at the bottom of the window make sure that 'Constrain Proportions' is selected. It ensures that the width is adjusted along with the height.
