Sometimes text will appear on top of a pattern or image. To clean these parts you will need to use the clone tool.
You can adjust the size of the clone tool by selecting a brush size at the top, same as the brush tool. After selecting the clone tool, you will need 'Alt+Click' on the area you want to copy. The brush will look like a target sign.

Then, you will need to brush over the area you want to clone over. The tool will copy the area you selected before on top of the area you are brushing over. If you need to change the area being copied, you just need to "Alt-Click' another area.

You'll need to change the area you are copying a few times, but once you are done it'll look like nothing was there before.
