I'm happy it's over. I actually enjoyed the ending though it was sappy. Honestly though after everything that happened to that girl over the course of eight volumes I was very pleased to see her fighting back against her last set of attackers and getting to fulfill her dreams. The extra disturbed me though. I'm more weirded out by the author note that she had to "tone it down" some and was reprimanded for the original.

I don't want to know what the original extra entailed.

After that bit about Io's mom, I definitely feel even more creeped out about him.

DD: Although I really thought that Takarai was going to die after that last set of attackers.

Io's mom was totally creepy! But I thought it was fitting that he won in his "revenge" but ended up totally alone except for his "mom".

Definitely, and how he acted liker her hand falling off was just a normal thing. >_o well i guess it could be a normal thing if he's been lazy and it's fallen off a lot. But still.

In the extra, the part about Takarai's mom is freaky too though. Like he runs to go and tell his mom and catches her in that act. That part, definitely I'd put under distrubing. oO

I think that from that extra, everything was disturbing. I was like, oh my god! what the heck does the dad do in poor kou's bedroom??!! and then, oh my god! what did you just make him do??!!!!!!! and then, wtf?? the mom too????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! O.o
I'm so glad I was born in a normal family *sighs*

And about the end, I thought it was quite a nice ed.... I'm not gonna say that I loved it because I don't, but it's ok with what the mangaka had been doing with the story. But I was glad to see that Takarai finally was able to find someone to love (other than Seri) and was happy.

When I was typesetting it and I got to the extra my first reaction to seeing no text on was, "what's that on chibi-Takarai's hand? Please tell me that's not what I think it is...OMG it is?!" and then it went downhill from there when I was able to read what was happening.

I'm happy the manga is over, I'm happy to see pretty much all the teens they knew looking like they were having good lives and the adults crazily alone (they should have the crazy teacher and the other crazy teacher fall crazily in love! It'd be a hit...just make sure you think of puppet mom occasionally).

Also, does this mean that the surliest manga baby ever is supposed to take after Tamaki? Seriously, that's the grumpiest kid I've ever seen drawn.

Yes, Kou was sleeping on his bed, comfortably, and the screams next to his ear woke him up. I mean, what kind of sick person does that???!

Hm.. You're right now that I go back and look at it a second time. >_> I thought he was lying in bed and imaging it. Welp, the disturbing factor just went up another 10x.
