In case, if anyone's wondering, the positions are still available so come and apply. As you may know that we try our very best to release on weekly basis. The AWM staff are manga fans as well, so we totally understand the addiction. If you're wondering whether I flog the staff to hand in the work on weekly basis, the answer is No... I value your need to face real life and studies way above scanlation, and that's probably the reason I need more staff on each series to balance out the workload 
We do have cleaning and typesetting tests so that we can gauge your level of skill. It's just a way to help us decide which series will be best suited for you in terms of difficulty or quality of scans. Of course, please feel free to let us know if you're keen on specific series. We're willing to mentor new translators, cleaners and typesetters. Just drop us an email to musesatwork@gmail.com, indicating your preferred position you're apply for. If you still hope to see us stick around for another year or two, please join us as we hope to continue releasing scanlation for everyone who shares this common interest. |
