This week, we have a little message from our current leader (and saviour), Nanachan:

Have you ever wondered for how long AWM has been around?

Everything started out as a pet project by Perch, an ardent fan of the series Love Monster. She started to edit it with the translations from volunteers Zryuu and Maepaechae. However, due to their busy schedule, they couldn't continue translating. Perch was in a fix to find someone to translate the nail-biting last volumes.

Actually I was ~~poached~~ approached by my fellow editor to help Perch out. I wasn't keen at first since I wasn't a fan of Love Monster (stop throwing stones at me!) and I was already working with at least 3 scanlation groups. I was moved by Perch's friendly and sincere attitude, thus I decided to complete the project. It was a tedious process to translate a chapter a week (besides other obligations) but it was great working with her. After the series, Perch hinted "strongly" that she needed help with other series.... and this is how I ended up with AWM.

Now, back to my first question! AWM is turning ONE soon. Next question is when's the date? Let's keep you in suspense for now
