Announcement - Recruiting!

Yes, we're still recruiting, but this time with variety!

We're still looking for Traditional Chinese to English and Japanese to English translators to help with longer projects and the winners of the Reader's Choice Poll.

We're also looking for at least one more experienced cleaner to help with Kap~n as it's a trickier, more time consuming manga. We also have other series which you might be interested.

~~We're also looking for new proofreaders to help with manga. Having decent English skills and the willingness to fling yourself at the script is a bonus.~~

We also need help in acquiring our raws. We tend to use a lot of Chinese view online sites for raws as the majority of our translators work off those (thus why we usually have the Chinese names for characters in our releases) and it's very time consuming to get them. While our lovely and awesome LadyAquitaine does a brilliant job at it, we're expecting to get a flood of manga soon and she'll need help.

Finally, we need typesetters. I admit it, I can't do more than 400 pages or 12 chapters in a week. I've tried to break my limit, but it always just results in my being unable to do anything for days while I let my arms cool off (I use braces and gel mouse pads for wrist comfort). It's just a personal limit that I cannot exceed and with the team growing from a small two project a week group to a slightly larger 35 active project team (I mean, barely an increase at all), I'm going to be spending more and more time doing admin and having less time to typeset. But the staff assures me I'll still get to crack my "where's my manga?" as often as I like and that they'll let me QC like a half a centimeter of the finalized chapter before release...

I can typeset. I've tried to join some groups and they said my typesetting was good, but I don't want to typeset sfx (a few would be fine, but I once had to typeset a chapter that had more little sfx than dialogue, and it was HELL). If you're fine with me doing only text dialogue, then I'd like to help.
